Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Heian was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Servant and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Pijjirik is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nelkin grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born in the north. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and wants her loneliness to end

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
