History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ellyjoybell grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ellyjoybell. Being a Navigator kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At some point she was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details.
