Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: The child of a Animal Trainer, who enjoyed hunting, Dûgza was taken on many hunting expeditions. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born to a Unemployed, his mother struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull brown iron scale mail. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is renowned for her bright green dresses and hats. Her red hair is knotted and matted. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her red eyes.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Verin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Jarana was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dalgal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his mace, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
