She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Edge's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Edge fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west to a Laborer, Chaedi learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Corkitron embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Corkitron and his spouse have recently divorced.
