History: Born in the east to a Bellfounder, Nella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bellfounder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bellfounder work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Description: This younger middle-aged man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull brown iron scale mail, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is brown and curly. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Sammal's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Sammal reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and revenge

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Elaim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: Born in the east to a Herbalist, Beloril learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a herbalist and was forced into it by his family

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She takes great joy in being the best Performer in town.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Performer job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: Gilbert was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
