Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Mary was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

History: Gifted from a young age, Silaqui studied abroad. Her druidic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: Symma was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: The child of a Shepherd, who enjoyed hunting, Orla was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. During her travels, Orla and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Orla discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Orla fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Xanaphia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. He carries with him a set of scythes on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise black. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Valafar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Valafar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valafar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job
