History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Emmeline and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Findex has worked very hard to control her curse. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Courier soon after.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids

Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: An older woman who is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, she is not a threatening figure. Her red hair is knotted and matted. Her silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Damaia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
