History: Aramil hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Criella wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting illithids, the young Criella began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is content; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Hugh abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Baker and was forced into it by his family; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He has worked as a Sage like his father before him.

History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Cloud was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Jeweler, and he later adopted a second son.

She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Detective like her father before her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and wants to open a new tavern

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tabaxi culture. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
