History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Ilde reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Trynnicus was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cartwright. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Engraver born in the past three hundred years. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Whurdred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Hoshû lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Being a Farmer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
