History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Birel never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: Fargrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Sage but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Gurdis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Gurdis was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gurdis decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Sage kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
