History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears tattered old clothes. Her moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.

Personality: Sarai hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

His gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born into a rich family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a white deerstalker hat and white clothes. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A friendly and beautiful Half-Orc, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and money/treasure

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Mason and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is greedy

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His long cinnamon fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines copper.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She married young, but lost her spouse to orcs. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she's looking for her big break
