Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Barber kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Through the years after Tod was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
