History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Veloptima alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Veloptima was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Barakas was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: Gifted from a young age, Eran studied abroad. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a Weaver, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Locksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north to a Locksmith, Hupe learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
