Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Melissa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Melissa. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gale embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is typically in his Marshal uniform. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Caeldrim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Caeldrim was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Marshal like his father before him.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Xappan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Xappan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Xappan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and he wants revenge against illithids
