Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Phelaia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and retire the richest woman in the east

He is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, blue shirt, and brown tie. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: Baern hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Baern liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has achieved small success as a Barkeep.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Junk Dealer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
