History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Kaladan was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a sellsword again

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Enialis hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and many dire rats want her driven away

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
