Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor, and is pretty ugly. His green crest is lengthy. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Arjhan will drive conversation. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Arjhan took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his morningstar. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She got into the Butcher business at a young age. She married young, but lost her spouse to orcs. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Courier. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the west to a Courier, Oolah learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Tailor, but he got bored and became a Unemployed. He has achieved small success as a Unemployed.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
