She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. Personality: She is mildly Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: This man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull brown iron scale mail. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his right hand. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Peren embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
