History: The child of a Layabout, who enjoyed hunting, Akmen was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Akmen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Alberich hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He struck the Bowyer job and began his own company from there.

History: Gifted from a young age, Scrag studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Lance took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.
