Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. Her silver crest is singed and shortened. Her red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Korinn is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is typically in his Guard uniform. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her greatsword with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Sporting a red mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kilia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kilia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kilia. Being a Cook kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: She was born in the south. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nimble fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is a Ploughman first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people
