History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Hugh was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Arjhan was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fortune-teller. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. After a long history of fighting, Helgret and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
