Description: This late middle aged man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat and is in decent physical shape. He has no hair. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Nissa was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Body Guard. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect her home

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Travok was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: She wears dark leathers with embroidery. She carries with her a set of scimitars, each one with a jet on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has styled her lavender fur well, parting it to the right. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are yellow.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to unite with his brother

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears just a pastel suit. His white fur has been sun bleached extensively. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born in the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: To be a Bounty Hunter again; and sabotage a competitor
