History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Srorthen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Emmeline was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Emmeline's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Dabbledob speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His hair is black and very short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Gynk was born with her mother's beautiful face. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: Tûgog hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
