History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Murgen was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Murgen's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Murgen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Rael liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A true patriot, Jheri would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Jheri has worked very hard to control her curse. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
