History: Engong hails from a village terrorized by goblins. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Engong and her spouse have recently divorced.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Eldeth is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shoemaker and was forced into it by her family.
