History: Born to a Seamstress, her father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Mardred was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mardred's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress mother left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
