History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Korfel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: She was born in the south. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out.
