History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nedda isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. A true patriot, Nedda would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Nedda reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
