Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Heian never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 4'3" and wears grey trousers with tan and pastel striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Gardain took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Pyra studied abroad. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sarah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dagnal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new bellfounder responsibilities is difficult
