History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. History: Fistula was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
