History: Darrow lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Barber. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Armara was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Armara's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Decarabia was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Fisher, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and balancing her hectic life and new fisher responsibilities is difficult

She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gomory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gomory. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
