Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
