History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Quick was born the youngest of three triplets. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing music.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Sumnes took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has never given up on her music dream.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: 3'4" and muscular, this eastern man wears a red vest and prefers pastel and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Purban embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Purban was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Purban's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. A friendly and beautiful Tabaxi, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
