History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Enialis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a yellow armored body suit, with a simple grey line shooting up and back down. He wears a colorful flower in his brown hair. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker yellow hat.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born in the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Koeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Koeth. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Helen hails from a village terrorized by brigands. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
