Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Soapmaker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she desires power and/or immortality
