Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
