History: The child of a Dyer, who enjoyed hunting, Osco was taken on many hunting expeditions. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Damien was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Damien decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Locksmith for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Ishmoz was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ishmoz's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Engraver for the past few years.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears a blue cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. He carries with him a set of shortbows on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is baby faced.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age his mother died while driving off some illithids. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shortbow use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Zaffrab was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She tends to her Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
