Personality: Zook wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Zook was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This northern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His clothes are grease stained in places. His blue crest is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise red.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is baby faced.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her golden hair is thinning but still full. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Gifted from a young age, Thea studied abroad. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heskan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: Purah was born with her father's beautiful face. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
