Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ar-Gul does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Ar-Gul took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears his rusty crest up. His red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a tan feather.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears dull tan sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed spear, just in case. He wears his auburn hair down. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was born in the south. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Five was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, Five and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on his belt. He has moderate length white fur. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. A true patriot, Quick would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Quick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Quick was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

Description: A 6'10" eastern man, he wears a fancy black suit. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Qemuel is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a falchion on her belt. Her red hair is cut short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Tordrid's homeland. Tordrid decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tordrid fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
