Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her eyes are green.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Irann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. She is an epitome of beauty. She has slicked back golden hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: He was born in a small forest village. Simon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Panana was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she has money and likes to spend it

She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Jelenneth lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
