Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: The child of a Bricklayer, who enjoyed hunting, Lance was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Barrister. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and revenge

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a carter again

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and someone believes him a fraud
