Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His crest is brass and curly. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pandjed grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. Her hair is white and curly. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gynk took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Broce was born with his mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Broce was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Broce's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mason arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Fistula learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Expand her business; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
