Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a tan tunic with black highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around her shoes. She has wavy white hair. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has achieved small success as a Mason.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is wearing a long, violet, dusty cloak. Sporting a white mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Adelaide alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Adelaide was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.

Description: This tall, slender man very much looks the part of a Baker. His crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the north. A gifted student he started as a Stylist, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her golden hair is braided into rings. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born to a Herbalist, her mother struggled to pay the bills. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and obtaining odd cultural tabaxi artifacts is her passion

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Priest business.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: This man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his halberd with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His copper crest, when down, is lengthy. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson green hat.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Beggar; and to settle down with his crush
