Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Menny was taken on many hunting expeditions. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She became a Sailor soon after.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Umpen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
