Her father taught her the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cloak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Sariel is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country.
