History: Matilda was born with her mother's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Revenge; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, marred by sweets. His hair is golden and curly. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Hugh was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cook. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with violet colored cloaks and clothing. He has wavy brown hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Aelar was born the youngest of three triplets. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student she started as a Shoemaker, but she got bored and became a Map Maker. She became a Map Maker soon after.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her first spouse was a Barkeep, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: Lia hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Lia was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
