History: Portia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
