Description: He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with green slacks. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Cimer was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His ears are large.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He wears dull tan sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case. He is physically well-built. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears bulky green painted plate armor. Her dark red hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are likewise white. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Mastema is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to unite with her sister

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Jade was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jade's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult.
