History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

History: Kabbarg was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Kabbarg took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor she uses now. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Ranala was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ranala's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ranala and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
