History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants revenge against illithids

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Lilith lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she feels threatened by others

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Fabien was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Justin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Nordak abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
